True Love Sangha is an international live online sangha dedicated to deepening mindfulness and cultivating the four elements of true love: lovingkindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. We follow the Plum Village tradition of engaged Buddhism founded by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

 

We hold regular weekly live online meetings via Zoom every Tuesday from 12PM to 1:30PM Eastern Standard Time. All are welcomed.
